    We were given a tour of the winery and saw the stainless steel tanks and the aging cellar. We watched the destemming process, the separation of the juice, and the grapes entering the cellar. We participated in a tasting where they explained perfectly how to appreciate the wine. A truly memorable and comprehensive experience.
